Saira Butt is the Housing Director at Saif Uk Development. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Studies, a CIM qualification in Housing, a BSc in Nutrition & Child Psychology, and a Master's in Management Studies.

Junior Bassi is the Director of Business Development at Saif Uk Development. He holds NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in Business and is ARLA qualified. With a strong foundation in real estate investment and advisory, Junior also brings valuable experience as a Sourced franchisee member

Faizan Khan

Faizan Khan is the Secretary and CFO at Saif Uk Development. He earned a B.A. (Hons) in International Business Management & Finance, and has a background in accounting with ACCA. Faizan’s expertise in finance and management is key to driving the company’s financial success.

Pete Hughes

Pete Huges is a Director of Construction at Saif UK Development qualified as an Environmental Health Officer in 1979, specialising in improving conditions in private rented mousing. In 1989 Moved to Birmingham City Council (BCC) to run a team specialising in fire safety in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). Team Leader of the HMO Licensing Team at BCC. Retired from BCC in 2015.

Faisal Saeed is the IT Director and a CEMAP Mortgage Advisor at Saif UK Development. He holds a Master’s in Data Science, an MSc in Psychology, an MBA, and certifications in Cyber Security, CeMap, and MCSE. Faisal’s extensive expertise in IT, finance, and business management is pivotal in driving the company’s technological advancements and strategic initiatives.
